About the Role

Saber is a YC-backed payments company processing millions of dollars in cross-border remittance volume daily across multiple jurisdictions. We use stablecoins to settle money movement in seconds where legacy rails take days. We are hiring an Associate Product Manager to help shape and grow the platform that thousands of transactions depend on every day.

What You'll Do

• Own a slice of the payments roadmap end to end, from problem to shipped feature.

• Talk to clients and partners to find the problems worth solving, and turn them into clear specs.

• Work closely with engineering, design, and business to build, ship, and iterate.

• Define the metrics that show whether a product is working, and use them to decide what comes next.

• Dig into payment flows, partner APIs, client flows, and data to make product decisions.

What We're Looking For

• 1 to 2 years in B2B fintech (primarily payments).

• Hands-on with payment systems, APIs, and webhooks; you can read a payload without hand-holding.

• Know how to read technical documentation for integrations.

• Strong analytical ability and comfort living in data, dashboards, and logs.

• Curious about how payment infrastructure and cross-border money movement work.

• Clear communication, sharp attention to detail, and an ownership mindset.

Bonus

• Exposure to stablecoin settlement or on/off-ramps.

• Familiarity with payment rails and standards (UPI, IMPS, NEFT, RTGS, SEPA, ACH, Open Banking, CHAPS, SWIFT).

• Worked with beneficiary-validation methods such as name-inquiry or penny-drop.

• Shipped a product or feature in a payments or fintech environment.
