Mudrex is a Y Combinator-backed organization on a mission to democratize investing. Retail investors use Mudrex to invest in crypto easily. Our flagship product, Coin Sets, has seen amazing traction in the markets we have launched.

About the Role

You'll be the technical bridge between our clients and our product. From helping developers integrate our payments API to shaping how our platform evolves your work directly impacts both client success and our roadmap.

What You'll Do

● Own the technical onboarding of new clients from first API call to production go-live

● Guide client engineering teams through integration of our payments and settlements APIs/SDKs

● Diagnose and resolve technical issues across integration, configuration, and platform behaviour

● Serve as the voice of the client internally synthesize patterns from client feedback and translate them into actionable inputs for the dev team

● Build and maintain integration guides, code samples, and troubleshooting playbooks

● Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to influence the dev roadmap based on real client pain points

What We're Looking For

● 3+ years in a solutions engineering, developer support, or integration engineering role

● Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, and SDK integration patterns

● Proficient in Go or backend language (Python, Node.js); able to write and debug integration-level code independently

● Working knowledge of React or similar frontend frameworks; able to understand and debug client-side integration issues

● Experience in fintech, payments, or crypto is a strong plus

● Clear communicator — comfortable explaining technical concepts to both developers and non-technical stakeholders

● Structured thinker who can spot recurring client issues and turn them into systemic fixes

Nice to Have

● Familiarity with payment rails

● Prior experience at a B2B SaaS or API-first company
